OUR RULES:


Schedule: Sessions are held on a weekly basis.
Duration: Duration of each session is either 25 to 30 or 55 to 60 minutes.
Materials: You can buy the educational materials from our online Shop.
Practicing: Daily practice is a must. Typically, students need to practice between 15 to 60 minutes a day (depending on how advanced they are).

Reschedule:

Rescheduling a session may be requested in case you are not able to attend your regular class.
You can simply reschedule through your Student Panel. The deadline for the change request is 48 hours before the start time of your class (according to your time zone).
Unfortunately substitute classes cannot be arranged if you miss your class without rescheduling it prior to the deadline mentioned above.
* Please notice that you are not allowed to reschedule more than one session per month.

Cancellation:

If you have registered for 4 sessions package, paid tuition is non-refundable.
If you have registered for more than 4 sessions package, only if you inform us during the first 4 weeks, the tuition for classes you have attended plus a %10 penalty will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded. Otherwise, the tuition is non-refundable.
In case of temporary withdrawal from your course (less than 3 weeks absence with proper notification), you will not lose your spot in the regular weekly schedule.
*For cancellation or change in your class, please directly contact the Education Department through your Student Panel.

Discount:

In order to encourage the current students and also to introduce the art of Iranian music to more people, a referral can provide you with a valued discount on your tuition. You will receive a %15 discount for your next course on every new student referral, provided they register in their desired course(s).
Also you will receive %15 discount for your every packages if you would be a student, refugee or a family learner.
