Rhythmitica Academy is offering to persons who have accounts the option to enrol for online classes. Your account will enable you to access a platform where you can manage online classes, see your orders, contact the Company, and receive messages from the Company, among other things. We call this platform your Student Panel
Online classes are held once a week. Duration of each online class is either 25 to 30 minutes or 55 to 60 minutes. Online classes are only offered on dates and times that are shown as available on the Website. You must enrol and pay for your online classes through the Website only. Online classes are available in various packages as shown on the Website. Typically, but not always, these packages include single session, 2-session package, 3-session package, 4-session package, 8-sessiopn package, and 12-session package. Many terms and conditions below will be considered in effect only upon Rhythmitica receiving payment or payment information for the online classes. Payment for online classes must be made through PayPal or as we may otherwise direct. Full payment for online class packages must be received at the time of your enrolment. Registration process will not be considered complete unless and until full payment is received and you may not be entitled to any online classes and lessons will not start until registration process is complete. Students are responsible for purchasing their own educational materials such as sheet music, books, audiobooks, etc. The price/fee paid on enrolment is only for the fees associated with providing you with instructions.
MISSED ONLINE CLASSES:
unless the online class is canceled or rescheduled by the Company or the instructor you are not entitled to any refund of any missed online classes.
RESCHEDULING ONLINE CLASSES:
You are entitled to reschedule your previously-scheduled online classes subject to the following terms and conditions. You will be charged for the missed class if you fail to reschedule according to the following terms: rescheduling may be requested only if you are unable to attend the previously-scheduled class. Rescheduling must be completed as outlined herein, within no later than 24 hours prior to the start time of your class as previously scheduled. Rescheduling must be completed by you through your Student Panel. Notifying Rhythmitica in any other manner and/or notifying your instructor is not an acceptable method of rescheduling.You are only allowed to reschedule once in a 30-day period.
Any further requests for rescheduling will be declined.
CANCELLING ONLINE CLASSES:
All notices and correspondence regarding canceling previously scheduled classes must be submitted to the Education Department through the Student Panel. There is no refund for cancellation if you have enrolled for a single session, 2-session, 3-session or 4-session package. Refund is only available, subject to these Terms, for packages containing 8 or more sessions. If you have enrolled for package(s) including 8 or more sessions and cancel your remaining classes, at any point during the first 4 weeks of your enrolment, you are entitled to full refund of the remaining unattended classes minus 10% non-refundable cancellation fee. There will be no refund if you cancel your classes later than 4 weeks from the date of your enrolment.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONLINE CLASSES:
Suspension of online classes for a period of 12 months or less is considered as temporary suspension. Suspension of classes for a period longer than 12 months will be considered as cancellation and governed in accordance with the above terms regarding Cancelling your Online Classes. In order to temporarily suspend your online classes, you must provide us with no less than 2 weeks notice. Notice of temporary suspension must be made in writing by contacting the Education Department in your Student Panel. Requests for temporary suspension of online classes that are less than 2 weeks from the date we receive your notice of temporary suspension will be declined. As a result, you will be charged for classes that are within 2 weeks of the date we receive your written notice.
